The design concept suggests building new office buildings around the corner at the end of South Railroad Avenue. For supporting the operation of the offices, two new restaurants will be built. The new restaurants will mainly be available for the workers and provide healthy menu options every day.

A brand-new incubator will be filled in the South 8th Street as the source of the new ideas. The thriving startup culture will sweep across Opelika. The incubator and surrounding commercial service facilities will offer a system to commercial landlords and local businesses by bringing and developing technology startups in Downtown Opelika.
